1. Who we are
This website (10xmate.com) is operated by BORCROC EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, European Union. 10xMate is a product in the BORCROC portfolio. You can reach us at support@10xmate.com.
2. What data we collect and why
We collect no personal data directly. The only data collection on this site is through Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. It helps us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited, how long, from which country — so we can improve the content.
Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address (anonymised before storage), browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and we cannot identify you personally from it.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We only activate Google Analytics after you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 6 below).

5. Data transfers
Google Analytics may transfer and process data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection recognised by the European Commission.
6. Your rights and how to opt out
As an EU resident you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, these rights apply primarily to the data held by Google.
Withdraw consent on this site — click below to clear your choice. The banner will reappear on your next page load and Google Analytics will stop loading until you accept again.

7. Data retention
Google Analytics retains event-level data for 26 months by default. Aggregated reports have no expiry but contain no personal identifiers.
